Sit With Yourself..
Everyday sit down with yourself and give an appointment to yourself for 15 min. Sit in silence and feel your presence.. Let thoughts come , but you ignore them. Thoughts are just games of the mind.. We seem to get too busy with life and other activities and in turn we forget ourselves.
And as you sit with yourself , just be thankful that you are alive. Be thankful to what you have.
